Care provision has reformed over the years and has expanded to care being delivered in the home. 24/7 Staffing Support offers personalized personal care and support services for patients in their homes. This ranges from a 15 minute check on the patient to ensure they have taken their prescribed medication through to 24 hour, live-in care. We work together with you to come up with a care plan that suits your needs and preferences. This care plan will be regularly reviewed and if needed changed to make sure you are getting the service you wish.

Our care assistants are trained to provide in-home care for patients who can't fully care for themselves especially for those people with certain conditions that require home care the most. The homecare we offer is designed to make patient’s lives easier and more comfortable. Our care assistants are able to carry out tasks like:

• Laundry
• Making beds
• Help patients out of bed and into bed
• Preparing meals
• Help with medication
• Help with bath times
• Toileting
• Other tasks requested by the patient

Staffing support follows stringent procedures to recruit home care staff and to ensure the patients always get the best service from our candidates we undertake our own quality assurance checks using methods such as staff supervision and appraisal, spot checks, training assessments, client satisfaction questionnaires, complaints and compliments, staff surveys, team meetings and feedback from other Health & Social Care professionals.
